Welcome to Harmony Executive Airbnb Suites. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Guest" or "you") and Harmony Executive Airbnb Suites ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your stay at our property. By making a reservation, checking in, or staying at our property, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not make a reservation or stay at our property.
1. Reservation and Payment
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment has been received and you have received a confirmation email or message from us. We accept various payment methods, which will be specified during the booking process. All prices are in the local currency (Ghanaian Cedis) or as otherwise specified.
2. Guest Responsibilities
As a guest, you agree to:
Accurate Information: Provide accurate and complete information during the booking process, including your full name, contact details, and a valid government-issued ID or passport as required by local regulations.
Compliance with House Rules: Adhere to all house rules provided to you upon booking and check-in. These rules are in place to ensure the safety, comfort, and peaceful enjoyment of all guests and residents.
Property Care: Treat the property, including all furnishings, appliances, and amenities, with care and respect. You are responsible for any damages or losses caused by you or any members of your party.
Prohibited Activities: Refrain from engaging in any illegal or disruptive activities on the property, including but not limited to drug use, loud parties, or any activity that disturbs the peace of neighbouring properties.
Guest Capacity: Not exceed the maximum number of guests specified in your reservation. Unregistered guests are not permitted without prior approval.
Liability: Be solely responsible for your personal belongings. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of your personal property during your stay.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Full Refund: A full refund is issued for cancellations made at least 7 days before the check-in date.
Partial Refund: A 50% refund is issued for cancellations made at least 3 days before the check-in date.
No Refund: No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 3 days before the check-in date.
Booking Platform Policy: This policy is subject to the specific cancellation policy of the booking platform (e.g., Airbnb) through which you made your reservation.
4. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: The standard check-in time is, 1:00 PM. Our personnel are of ground to provide you access to property on your arrival.
Check-out: The standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. All keys must be returned at this time. Unauthorized late check-out may result in additional fees.
5. Liability and Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harmony Executive Airbnb Suites is not liable for any personal injury, death, loss of property, or other damages arising from your stay. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
